No, none of your skirts are kilts; they are different animals, as any Scot will tell you (and I’m not even Scottish). And, if you’re thinking of skirts that ape kilts, especially in the tartan design, they are still that…skirts.
I have lots of kilts to just enjoy what makes you happy!
